Ok, so the news last night, after us talking about going there to the rc track said there was a BODY FOUND IN THE PARK!



I don't remember if they said there was signs of a homocide or if it was of natural causes.

Did anybody here anything else about this?

I've been to Hawthorne park acouple times with some guys from the bajaforum. I guess they found a guy dead there, looks like a homoicide. I try not to go there alone or close to dark. but otherwise I think you should be safe since it's on a main Rd being Telegraph. The track is pretty nice, it's got a nice big jump. I live about 20 min from there.

Ok, thanks for the info! The park looked decent on the 11 o'clock news! I guess if anybody tries anything fishy, I'll just ram the ankles with the truggy!

I will be going this weekend..I feel safe there i go in the morning and there are always people there.

Let me know which day your going. If it's Saturday morning, I'll drop the boy at his grandmas and stop by with my new fleet!

Sup peeps....

After finding this site and reading about this track at Hawthorne park, i decided to go check it out. Its a nice track thats big enough to run 1:5 scale rc's and enough dirt and grass to bash on outside of the track. There is also a small lake for boaters.






A few peeps came by to run there rigs while i was there.

I like this place. Ill be going here more offen but with a different setup. my revo handled horrible on this track X(

I went for the first time a couple weeks ago also, but your lucky because when I got there is
was muddy and had a few puddles

Weekends are always better
