It is very solid...they have solid products at great prices..and since im not a racer I don't need a 400 dollar radio lol

I have the 20.00 dollar one from hobbypartz (gt2) in which are great for the price. I use it on all of my cars.

I have the $31.29 HK-310 3 channel from hobbyking.com. I like it alot. Fits my hand nice, 16 model memory, killer range, and more adjustable features than I know what to do with. Bind button so no plug to loose and extra receivers are $13.26. Just another option for everyone to check out. I don't race either so I figure why spend so much on a radio. I've had the radio for about a month now and had no problems.

It can also be easily modified to run off a 3s lipo.....I have the battery, but no charger yet. :-(
