| Yes Larry's is a hike and many many racers just don't know how to race or drive but I do like the track.. Has all any racer would want Long straights and sharp hard corners with make-able jumps that are well laid out.. And most of the time ur gear is safe there.. As 4 Dirtshack well .just a waste of my time and i don't feel like Donating any gear to the people with sticky fingers there..Theirs what i call a Buddy System in alot of places and that place is at the Tops for that.. as for a good track with honest people and Fun I go to DR/RC-Germania Hall..Yes no onsite hobby store but most people have extra parts and will give u them or sell u them 4 what they paid..although the tracks setups do favor 1 vehicle's setup. I still have fun..Have my ear open and Eyes looking 4 a more local track without all the BS.. Wintertime was the best but it was only open a season.. Too bad the President of that Hall was such a IDIOT..Ken and I had a great track with many options for all (did not know all the other junk went on behind the sceans but it did)..Butt enough said on that.. Just get out and race or Bash but dont do both at the same time like alot of drivers do.. |

| That is concerning about DB's. I was looking at there to race with my kids, and it seems friendly enough. It is closest to my house, so that is why I was looking there. I raced as a kid with my dad, and now that he is gone, and I have kids of my own, I wanted to share the experience. But I don't want to expose them to bad things either. Anyone else had bad experiences there? |

| I do know almost all race places have had issues with people that like to take things from larry's (guy had all his gear stolen outa some cage) to DB's( just not my type of place as to many corners outa my view while im racing to Coverups from the people that race there and employees.). If your looking for a place to race in the summer them either TSS in Belleville or DB's in Livonia.. But in the fall winter there are others.. from Downriver RC ( @ Germania hall in Woodhaven on King Rd) Washtenaw and a few more..Not bashing anyone but theirs good and bad in all...Downriver RC has a great Rookie race theirs like 8-15 kids that race from 6 year olds up.. |

| Just practice ran for the first time yesterday! I have never raced/ran on a real track before. IT WAS FUN! Even though I only had 1 battery and I was there for only an hour. |

| If you thought that was fun, then you need to make it to an outdoor off-road track. Something like "The Track" in Carleton or Stateline R/C.

| Or RC Maddess in MICHIGAN! They are very close to use in Macomb township. I can only imagine how much more fun it would be! |

They are a TON of fun if you have good tires. With slightly worn stock slash tires, it was an epic ice rink Don't know if the track is open though. The shop might, but I thought the track was closed for legal troubles or something along those lines. If not then that's good. Or maybe just no racing, just practice... |
